Cem has more than 23 years of energy project finance advisory / lending experience across the energy value chain.

Cem is based in London with focus on energy transition projects, including low carbon hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation projects in the UK.

Cem has extensive deal experience in the EMEA region, including UK, Middle East, Turkey, Central Asia and Africa.

Cem holds an MA in International Affairs from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) - Johns Hopkins University and a BSc in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University
