Hayleigh is a Project Engineer within the Marginal Developments Solution Centre at the Oil & Gas Technology Centre. With a background in Process Engineering and a Project Management Qualification, in her current role she is responsible for the delivery of a number of technology development projects. Most recently she has been involved in supporting projects which address the energy transition challenge; considering the integration of oil & gas assets with cleaner energies. Hayleigh was the Project Manager for the Hydrogen Offshore Production (HOP) project; an industrial energy collaboration that brought together 6 organisations with the objective of developing schemes for the production of hydrogen offshore and the creation of a test centre to accelerate hydrogen production technologies.
