Dominika Niewierska is the director of the Hydrogen Project Coordination and Settlement Department of Orlen S.A. with over 20 years of experience in investment, development projects and strategic management in the energy and oil&gas sectors. She is a highly qualified expert who co-created the Orlen Group's Hydrogen Strategy 2030 and its operationalization. She supervises the implementation of the Orlen Group's Hydrogen Program and obtaining external financing for strategic projects. She is the author of many multidisciplinary concepts and design ideas using hydrogen technologies, including the flagship project of the Orlen Group called "Hydrogen Eagle", as well as "Clean Cities - Hydrogen mobility in Poland (Phase I&II))" and the Amber Hydrogen Valley. Dominika Niewierska has many years of experience in developing analyzes of the business and regulatory environment, including existing and proposed legislative solutions in the area of ​​hydrogen technologies at the EU and national level, with particular emphasis on their impact on the implementation of investment projects.

Dominika Niewierska actively works to spread knowledge and improve qualifications of women. For over two years, as a mentor of the Women in Green Hydrogen organization, she has been running a mentoring program for young women from all over the world, including Africa, North and South America.
