Duncan manages the HyNet Alliance, a membership organisation for companies connecting to HyNet's carbon capture and hydrogen pipelines. Progressive Energy initiated HyNet with Cadent Gas, has shaped the project through development, and continues to provide strategic support to companies working developing projects in the cluster. The Alliance advocates for the scheme with decision makers, shapes policy, proactively engages stakeholders, organises supply chain events and co-ordinates skills initiatives. More widely in Progressive Energy, Duncan has worked across electrolytic hydrogen and hydrogen-to-power projects.
