Mark is UK Director of the Carbon Capture and Storage Association (CCSA), where he leads advocacy for a robust policy and regulatory framework to accelerate the development of the UK’s carbon capture, usage and storage (CCUS) sector. The CCSA is the leading pan-European trade body dedicated to establishing a strong CCUS industry, representing over 120-member organisation.  With more than a decade of experience working in trade bodies across the energy and environmental sectors, Mark has collaborated closely with clean technology developers, government ministers, civil servants, energy suppliers, network operators and financiers to support the growth of clean energy industries. Mark holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
