Rob is a Chartered Environmentalist and director of RSK Environment with more than 20 years consultancy experience spanning environmental assessment, town & country planning, DCO, DNS and wider consents management. In recent years Rob has developed particular specialism in industrial decarbonisation related work; he is RSK project director for the Padeswood Cement carbon capture and storage proposal, leading the planning and environment team to successfully gain planning permission and is currently managing the pre-construction consents including discharge of planning conditions. He has worked in a similar capacity on multiple other high profile projects, including the Port Talbot Steelworks electric arc furnace.
