Audrey is the  IT client services manager for the UK & Netherlands  for Neptune Energy. She began her career as an Regulator with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency gaining a wide experience of industrial processes and operations. She took over business improvement and oversaw the national delivery of numerous IT systems and data solutions for the Agency beginning an interest in digital transformation and how technology can improve people’s experience of work. She joined the Oil and gas industry in 2014 working again in business improvement for Wood Group and soon moved into digital transformation delivering their innovation programme, specialising in remote working solutions, application of virtual reality, wearable technologies and machine learning.  After a period working for a small start up delivering  change management consultancy services she joined Neptune Energy as a Client Services Advisor in January 2020. Audrey is most interested in how people adapt to technology.
